I was a fat kid at 12, and began by curling ten pounds whilst on the computer. I then became the most built in my grade with pushups and curls, so I invested in a weight bench when I hit high school.
Why I Love It:
I like the rush, and enjoy getting built. It's nice having soemthing to be proud of, and for me this is it.

hmmm.... i just notced something interesting. I am not ontending to brag or anything, but i notcied that you sad if you benched 300, you would be the strongest kid in your school. Now did you mean overall body strength, or bench max? Because where I go to school (Mooresville Senior High), we have quite a few studensthat can bench well over that (the highest ever being around 400 more or less, but that's only one guy) Maybe it's just that much different depending on where you live.
good goals but there's no way with your mass and height you could be under 140...i am probably a little smaller and an inch shorter with 6% body fat and weight 155..just a thought...and i would rather embellish my weight higher than lower
