How I Started:
I use to do a lot of Martial Arts when i was Younger, and in the fifth grade my teacher had like this health class thing where we would run around the block and have to record what we ate and exercises we did. Since then i was always doing calastetics and had abs since 7th grade( age 11 i think). I had an 8 lbs weight i use to use constantly, i would do reps of like 80 lol. Then in high school there was a weight room, so i started officially then.
Why I Love It:
Love that i laugh doing things that other people sweat and weeze doing
Being in shape is the best, determination and effort go a very long way
Love the pump,especially after ive been slacking and forgot how powerful you feel after a good work out
You look great you feel great, simple
How I Stay Motivated:
when ever i see myself get less defined, i try to hit the gym. I am very active so its not to hard to stay motivated.
A GREAT motivation was when a group of my friends wanted to all go to the gym together. This kept it constant, people to help spot you, talks about nutrition and exercises, made the gym feel like a chill spot and a lot more. My greatest gains i believe were when i would go with a group to the gym 5 days of the week.
Seeing my own gains, or even seeing my losses

Goal (Long):
Right now, to be a cardio freak. I am currently training to be an MMA fighter. It sucks when u train so hard that you feel like passing out or that you cant go on. I am temporarily holding back my dreams for being carved out of stone for peak performance. I want to be able to dominate and push my body through pain. I still want to have a very nice back and chest though. I want to weight around 160+ and dont mind gaining bodyfat % to do it (even though i doubt that can happen). In short, i need my body to be prepared for beyond war. Faster, Stronger, Better.
I love seeing the progress pics on this site. i get happy to see peoples progress and that not everyone in this world is just sitting on their fatt ass. Its even better then its a complete transformation like from fat to fit. This motivates me to continue...
