i want to tighten that mid section and thicken up that upper body and quads. i was down to 183 this summer and just started to start lifting heavier again this last month
Am I too nice? Do any of you get people who want a conversation during your work out? I try to get to that moment of silence where I say "alright man I'll talk to you later" and part ways but they always have something else to say. all my n.o. explode is going to waste. I was ready...
Not a problem man ...i just moved to a new area and I wish i had a partner or heck for the most part someone to spot me then i think I could make some bigger improvements. Cause by myself i dont like adding too much weight which is wack cause i would like to know what my max is in some areas of my workouts.

I was a VERY BAD GIRL last wk & due 2 my shame I didn't post any new progress pix however, 2day I felt reassured that I was getting back on my game so...if you get a chance, stop by sometime this 4 sum overdue feed bk! How was your wk? My trainer(Hubby) was out of town all wk so I was on my own w/my dieting & training. I was just reading some of your bio! Isn't so frustrating when you cut, you loose some of the bench max! I get so bummed out about that, and my biceps get smaller too, when I cut! Also in the opposite way when I bulk my abs go away! If there was only a magical way to keep it all! I'll keep trying to find it, and I'll share it with everyone when I do find out! Later Bro.
