I actually started years ago and was in excellent shape until about 3years ago, i lost interest in eating healthy and exercising...i had enough of being out of shape and not feeling good...so i am just beginning to get back on track :D
Why I Love It:
The results of course and just knowing that i am doing something good for my body and it also shows that i respect and care about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at old pics of myself when i was in the best shape. And talking to all my Amazing friends on here that encourage me daily...Love you guys...thanks!
BB Accomplishments:
none right now...i will answer this after i see results..LOL

I'm a ninja...its on!!! yeah i know...i still got that jelly belly goin on...I'm workin on it!
lose 30 to 35lbs and reshape my body :D...i would like to have nice definition not bulk.
Goal (Long):
I would like to lose 30 to 35 lbs. and keep it off and to do my workouts everyday without struggling! Tone the rest of my body. I want more definition in my arms and stomach the most. Slim and tighten up my hips and thighs. I also want to develop better eating habits...when I'm in a hurry i tend to grab unhealthy carbs. I definitely need to re-train myself and think before i just grab the quickest most unhealthy thing to eat. I want control again (Self-Dicipline). To Be My Best :D
well great to hear from you hun! Always like it when I see you pic on my coments! Well a 5K sounds like fun...I need to do something like that as well. I need some motivation when it comes to cardio! Just not too much fun! I hope you are having a great day and talk to you soon!
Hey GF. Thanks. How have you been? I have been crazy busy! Trying to stay motivated! I have my 25th class reunion this weekend. It is nice to be able to go with some confidence. How has training been for you?
