How I Started:

Why I Love It:
Loved bodybuilding since I was young. Just the ability of making your body change as if you had some kind of power.
Ofcourse bodybuilding also kept me fit and healthy in sports, my job and immune system.
How I Stay Motivated:
I make goals small one and big ones. the small ones lead to the big ones.
Results are a must. If I dont get results within 4-6 weeks something is wrong. workout plan, ect.
BB Accomplishments:
Placing 1st in a power lifting contest. I was strong on bench just because thats what it took to get the tear.
Bcoming a person trainner is now on my list of major goals.Cheez.
I've been workng out for some time know, about 6 years off and on. I"m ready to seek and destroy competitions that get in my path. Success is like a moving body part, got to keep up the maintenance or your dreams start to get chubby.
Motivation plays a key part. And thats where trophies get there shine. I want to get my hands on a trophy so bad. To recieve an award of any kind would be a goal and achievement.
