I was too small for football in high school and my coach wanted me to lift. I got a magazine with shannon sharpe on the cover, I think it was Muscle Media. Read it from front to back... HOOKED!
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it's a great goal to strive for. You bust your butt day in and day out and when you step on stage is where you can show all that you worked hard for against others. Also, keeps me in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
Goals, goals and more goals. without goals to achieve I'd never be doing what I'm doing now.
