eurozn Cool re: doing CrossFit now on ship. Yeah, it's hard to gauge your own aesthetic progress. I seriously can't since I see myself all the time. Was real down the past two days, a photographer was going to do some progress shots for me. I prepped for two weeks on a strict keto diet then he cancelled. Fuh! But whatever, will it try again in a few weeks. I'm over it. Starting cardio classes next week so I hope to get bodyfat down further without having to starve myself. Will be interesting to see.
