Overall Goal: I want to place first in a show next year. I will need to get to 6% BF. So I need to lose 5 lbs fat and after cut have net gain of 5 lbs of muscle.

Just competed in my second event. Place 2nd in Junior Lightweight and 3rd in masters. I am proud mostly of the 2nd in Junior lightweight.

How I Started:
Depressed about a bunch of problems. I was getting flabby which was not normal for me so I hired a personal trainer to help me get back in shape and several month later I am still going and can't wait for each workout.
Why I Love It:
Sense of accomplishment. I get respect. i get second looks from ladies of all ages.
How I Stay Motivated:
Use cool music with ipod during cardio. use a trainer for weight training and plyometrics.
BB Accomplishments:
dropped from 26.8% to 15% bf in 16 months and I feel great.

My conditioning is better than ever, but I need to lose about 5 more lbs of fat before next competion. My goal is gain 5 lbs of muscle and lose 5 lbs of fat before next June.

Goal (Long):
My weigh in weight needs to be below 165 1/4 for next June...I weighed in at my 2 shows this year at 162 and 163.5...so I need to stay around 180 off season while gaining muscle and loosing fat.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 3 lb

not so good lately. I have taken some steps backward but tomorrow I start on a new superclean diet. So I'm excited. For at least two weeks I'll be eating very clean and then I'm going to modify it depending on my results after those two weeks.
thanks for the add bud. Yes, I see way too many men our age AND younger actually that are walking heartattacks...something has to give sometime...keep up the good work buddy.
400 is the 1 rep max it came up with, i'm really shooting for 300 x 10 which isnt much easier...lol If your gonna have a goal might as well aim high. I'll be happy with anything even remotely close.
