How I Started:
I got started working out as a teenager when I used to wrestle. After High school, I was in the Marines for 5 years and worked out a lot then.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it not only gives you a sense of accomplishment, but also gives you that rush that only it can give.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by working out with other people and thinking about how I want to look.

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I use a logbook at the gym and when I get home i transfer it to bodybuilding.com's workout tracker. Doing it this way, I'll have a visual presentation of my progress and when other people see it, it m...more

Yes
Why or why not?
It adds a layer of support, so that if you don't want to go to the gym, then they'll remind you and make you feel like going.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Change your routine every 3-4 weeks. Your muscles will get used to the same old thing and get bored with it. You'll plateau and not be able to make any gains.
