I noticed the biggest change when I replaced ALL simple carbs in my diet with complex carbs. Increased protein intake a great deal as well. With my regimen, I implemented plyometrics and multiplanar proprioceptive movements into all my work outs.

Training's going good except for a minor setback. I was sparring with a big guy at the gym (260 pounds) and suffered a sprained ankle when taking him to the ground. Can't run or jump right now... which sucks because I'm big on plyometrics. Anyhow, keep pushin' towards your goal bro!

I do 8 meals a day, very little to no simple carbs and loads of protein... Two protein shakes a day (first thing in the morning and immediately after a work out) and protein in all 8 meals. 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. I do everything from weight training to plyometrics to pilates. Diversify your regimen, clean up your diet and only train at high intensity and you'll get the results you seek.
