What's up bro? You look awesome. Impressed with your height and muscle definition. I am 6'5 270. I want to become leaner with more defined muscle. Right now I am on a three day split (chest/tri, back/bi, and legs shoulders) with 6-8 reps. I eat fairly clean and do HIIT cardio at lest three days a week. Do you have any suggestions to help?
