Overall Goal: You must train like an uncaged beast every time you set foot in the gym and have one goal in mind with a laser sharp focus on achieving it. That goal is to beat last workouts performance. - Jason Ferruggia

That was a sudden feeling coming from somewhere inside, and that still keeps me going on. I don't really understand the reason, but it is fine as long as it works.
Why I Love It:
This is something that either you do or forget. You rely only on yourself, no explantions for skipping a training, no excuses. You keep developing your mental and physical health, and see the difference, in the eyes of others - too.
How I Stay Motivated:
Automotivation: my body motivates my mind, and when i get out of the tempo, i visit some bodybuilding websites
BB Accomplishments:
I see a different person when standing in front of the mirror - and i get comments on my look and age

I did not touch my bodyspace for a long time. That does not mean i stopped my gym activities., i just did not feel the need to add a bit here and there.
The winter went as usual, regular visits moderate restults. The change - as always - came with the spring. Higher level of motivation -...
End April i have completed my BSB Advanced program, and switched to AnimalPak routine No5.
After a week i realized that i was missing shoulders from that, so i modified the program. I combined leg and lower back/shrug days, and added one for shoulders. That day i plan to make a harder abs...
no man i havent progressed still i am sick of it my stupid piece of **** body makes me so angry
and i hate it so bad! i am f*ckin 23 not 100 and i cannot get a single change with this loser bull crap bosy i ahave.
Hey Mike - so good to hear from you. Thanx man. I am really focussed this time around and if God's will, I will be adding some decent mass! How are you doing buddy and hows training going?...In Christ, Gert
Challenger - thanx bud! Decided that I will still gradually increase weights with max 25%, but then gonna pull the plug and stick to that max weight. I will then periodize, etc...but I feel that I need to look after my health and everytime I have a super intense workout my health falls back. So I must find that golden line to tread for max muscle growth and stay healthy. Train HARD buddy and have a GREAT week...In Christ, Gert
Thanks for the advice, Challenger. I'm hoping that the desire will come back quickly. I've got a lot of things going on seeing that I'm deployed right now so hopefully when the work tempo calms down a bit, I'll get my "spark" back. Keep up the good work and let me know what you think of that workout after you try it. I fell in love with it the first time I did it and try to work it into my routine at least every other week. It's a nice change in pace!
Excellent progress Challenger. Nothing is better than dropping BF while adding lean muscle. Continued success with your training.
