When I Started:
Dec, 2007
How I Started:
I've always turned to jogging as a great way to drop weight and release stress. In December, a friend encouraged me to consider adding weight training to my cardio vascular exercise. Since then I've been hooked. I not only feel more energized, I literally have dropped 10 to 15 years off of my appearance.
Why I Love It:
I love the amount of energy and alertness that I have. Can not imagine working full-time and going through grad school without my workouts and nutrition plan.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like what I see and feel each day I wake up. My motto is "Stay active and tone for life."
BB Accomplishments:
I am an amateur and have a lot to learn and work towards. However, I am most pleased with my arms and back muscles. I look forward to becoming more cut in the next few years.

I want have lost my weight and develop definition in my muscles by December 2008.
Goal (Long):
To look like a fitness model, develop my abdominal muscles and get the rest of my body as firm and cut as possible. I want to live a lifestyle of good nutrition and fitness each day. I want to wake up each day with energy and confidence in all my abilities. I would like to get my bodyfat to about 14% and have strength and endurance.
Thanks-I actually went from a bit chubby to 6-pack over the course of a summer/I worked them like a dog though. But I have been improving my abs every since then(about 5 years ago). It's funny-I remember weighing in one day for wrestling and my coach asking me if that was a 6-pack I had because the previous season I was a bit on the chubby side. What's your goal now, since that one is outdated?
oh hey thanks so much for the awesome compliment, but I'm going to have to skip the abs challenge. With a new puppy I just don't have the amount of time to train that hard for it, I'm just lucky to be getting in my workouts every day, ha! You look amazing, keep in touch! =]
You really are making some great progress keep it up. Really taking inches off and toning. Your looking so good now I can only imagine how good you will look in Dec
Yes, I spent the last 7 months building and feeling a little dumpy, then I started to cut and now I have defined muscles that are showing through because I have cut the fat on top.
