Extremly busy at work, after we get the verizon wireless hopefully I can get to more of set schedule. so are you doing push pull or upper lower, how does your split work. also what diet are you on, Thought I could steal some ideas

Looks like you've continued in the gym. lifting going alright. my store is switching to verizon so I am very busy. been doing a full body every other day one set to failure for every body part. 30 to 45 sec rest. It make me want to puke so it must be doing something. What are you doing to obtain such great results?

I agree that backing off the weights entirely would be a grave mistake and a quick way to lose hard earned muscle. I am doing everyother full body to keep my size but i do need to cut a good amount of fat so I am going to up the cardio and quit binging at night.

Business is going really well which means that that boxing has taken a back seat. I am still lifting but havn't had time this week. I am going to start tonight doing full body work outs and focus more of my training on drill type excersises like walking lunges. I have been eating terribly as of late also so I have decided to that I need to cut fat more than I need to gain Muscle. That leads to the reason I havn't updated my stats. hows it goin with you.

Business is up and down. This weekend it has been down. I train with a boxing coach who is an old friend. It is one of the best cardio workouts you can do. I havn't had a chance to do it for a couple of months being so busy with the business.

doing 20-30 minutes cardio after lifting and thursdays doing 45 minutes. More about the diet but need the full circle of weights, cardio, and Diet to get it to work.

Night time eating is what gets me. just means I have to work harder in the gym. whats your routine looking like these days?

Whats up man. I can't stay on a routine so I just try to beat myself up and Eat right. Things been going good in the gym just trying to stay away from evening eating. Hows it going for you?

Started today with the cut down process. everyother day full body, every other day cardio. Going to play as much basketball as I can and MMA training to cut body fat. The tat is looking good. you have got to be close to seeing your abs. hows it going.
