How I Started: A friend from work gave me an old solo flex type machine. I put it in my basement and started after work every night. Then I had a friend who had been into lifting for a few years. We workout together and I had to miss work becuase I was so Sore. Ever since then it has been an addiction
Why I Love It: The Pump-The Sore Muscles-Health Benifits-Looking Good-Feeling Good-Respect from Others-Relief from Stress, whats not to Love.
How I Stay Motivated: I thouroghly enjoy Lifting and look forward to it.

To tell you the truth, its been a mixed bag. I've seen an increase in stregnth, and a small increase in muscle size, especially my arms and chest. But my fat lost has been slow, hampered by a lack ability to run-changing to eliptical this week, and to presevere on the diet-gotta have that hotdog every once in a while.
