I am trying not to gain too much weight during the holidays
Hi chad, it's been a while. I've had a couple bad months but i'm home now so i returned to the gym and i'm doing a new routine... God, this morning I almost cant put my t-shirt on. My arms hurt!!! How are you doing my friend??
Great pictures (your transformation is truly inspiring!) and an even better profile. What you wrote shows you clearly a complete man (brains and brawn). Thanks for posting!
Thanks for the add, Chad. You have the look I am going for. I want the average person on the street to look at me and say, "Damn, that guy spends some time in a gym". Nice 'allover' thickness. Thanks for the encouragement.
What's up my friend! Haven't touched base with ya in a while. I've just had an entire week of epic workouts and was thinking of blogging about it. Hope all is well in your world.
thanks mate. i primarily joined to keep that motivation comming, thus able to final gain some muscle. been having so much troble in the past. am 65kg and can't break that barrier. hoping this time to be different for life.
Man I was just thinkin bout you. Good to hear from you. How's it going? 2008 is just about at the halfway point. I'm see visible changes in my body and guys at the gym are noticing too.
To tell you the truth, its been a mixed bag. I've seen an increase in stregnth, and a small increase in muscle size, especially my arms and chest. But my fat lost has been slow, hampered by a lack ability to run-changing to eliptical this week, and to presevere on the diet-gotta have that hotdog every once in a while.
