I first started to lift seriously when I was about 14yrs old in order to get bigger for high school football.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me in shape.

Reading work out mags, trying to keep getting stronger.

I have never done any competitive bodybuilding, I used to powerlift I won a competition in that.
