Decided to join the air force, and when i got a position as a firefighter I realized how I should be stronger in order to do this job, and started to go to the gym.
Why I Love It:
because it makes me feel good about myself inside and out, gives me something to do, relieves stress, and gives me a lot of attention
How I Stay Motivated:
movies, bodybuilding clips, magazines, friends and family, girls
BB Accomplishments:
i benchpressed 305 lbs in may of 07, and im in the january issue of muscle and fitness.
I broke my wrist 3 months ago. Not only did I have to put a stop to my yr. long training i had planned on, i was stronger than i had ever been in my life, and in great shape. Only took me five months, so i know i can do it ago. But i will be more motivated than ever. I want people to say WOW like they were before.

I want to GAIN 10 lb
