Triceps I do about 25 sets, skull crushers and excellent.Combing
other workouts of the triceps for a total of 25 sets with heavy
weight will yield good results.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
I do a total of 25sets ,alternating,barbel,preacher curls,cable and
machine based curls. With focus on isolation so I get symmetry
as size and strength (alot of dumbells).
