I started by walking for a half hour a day. From there, I built up to an hour a day. Then, I joined a gym and began working out on the cardio machines, building up my endurance. I hired a personal trainer and have been working out since.
Why I Love It:
It provides me with stress relief. I feel like my day is incomplete if I do not work out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am not sure how I do it, but I am able to do it every day.
