I recently just started getting into modeling. I was already lifting weights off and on since I was 16, but got really serious about it over the past year. I would like to be in the range of 185-205 lbs, with the physique of Brady Quinn or Ryan Reynolds. This should help me take off in modeling and whatever else I choose to pursue in life.
