everything is sore. grrrr. want to do shoulders but there's no way. maybe some cardio and keg (don't have a 6 pack yet) haha

Doin well. Think I might get into the creatine soon. Used it before and it was freakin amazing.

i'm losing a ton of fat, but gaining a ton of muscle so overall not acually 'losing' much weight haha

fingers had some trouble holding onto 300 doing deadlifts. gotta work on my grip!

Well, I took some advice from a powerlifting friend to build some strenght/mass. It's working quite well!
