You have a helluva body there, Chad. And at 16, the hormones havent finished there work of transitioning a boy's body into a man's body. Keep working as hard has you have and that man-body might look a lot like Chris Jalali. Great work and dedication. I'm sure you'll surpass all your goals.

thanks dude its incline bench 4 sets flat bench 4 sets incline cable flies 4 sets weighted dips 4 sets hope this helps
