i think im 5'6 lol oh wel but ye bein shortr has its advantages such as lowr centr of gravity lol we do build muscle easy but then again on our frame its hard 2 put so much on also depends on ur body type my entire family is athletic and built its just genetics my goal is 2 get up 2 200 pnds while stayin astheticaly pleasin 2 look at an get stronger than i already am while keepn my speed n explosivenes.or we can move to Japan were everyone is bout our height n slim lmao

haha is that rite aint nothin wrong with being 5'5 lol after realizing i wasnt going to get any taller i just started lifting in highschool..i wrestled at 140 so with enough dedication motivation and determination your goals are always in reach..im still working towards mine. ull get there u got this **** lol

I just use good form with all my lifts. Nothing special. I like the single arm dumbbell row, low row, and shrugs really help bring out the traps.
