jordano777 Hey bro. I use to be really lean; i was and still am a soccer player. So being lean was key. U can do it brother. Focus on NUTRITION! In order to get ur gains, u have to supply your muscles with the nutrients they need to grow. Lift ur weights but eat and eat! Good luck bro Apr 6, 2011 2:12am

matheist What's up tall skinny guy? I'm a tall skinny guy too and wanted to let you know that you can do it! If you can commit a little time to it you can get great results! My advice is to lift regularly and focus on FORM! Yes, it is always important but it seems even more important for us! Don't worry about the actual weight you're lifting either; add 5 pounds on as you feel comfortable with the movements and stick to 8-12 max reps. You'd be surprised how fast things happen! Good luck.
