Goal (Short): Get reasonably cut by Dec 08. Gain as much muscle as possible until the end of 2008.
Goal (Long): Go to the gym 3 or 4 days days for the rest of my life and obtain more muscle. Maintain a low bodyfat %.

So I have this one Saudi friend, big dude (fat guy).  His on this diet, he believes it's the best diet in the world.  He tells me he eats one day every 6 days and eats nothing for 5 days.  Then I tell him it's the worst diet ever.  Then he assures me no because a sports & nutrition...
