Not so strict nutrition plan..
I'm not really strict on what I eat or when I eat it.. I just try to stay within my guidelines.
Typical day's meal plan:
Morning (Meal 1):
- 4 or 5 Egg Whites
- Protein Drink
Meal 2:
- Rice or Pasta
- Chicken or Fish
- Brocolli
Meal 3 (Snack.. Pre-workout):
- Oh Yeah! protein bar
- Pre-workout drink
Meal 4:
- Repeat of meal 2
Meal 5:
This varies depending on what my workout consisted of, or what I'm craving.. few exampeles..
- potatoes and chicken
- sandwhich
- protein bar
Pretty much whatever I'm in the mood for.
Meal 6 (before sleep):
- protein drink
