Started regaining some weight after injury... Though still injured, so no heavy lifting yet

Hi! All is well. I did have a very nice holiday. It was fun getting together with friends and family. I managed to make sure I got my gym time in. Today was chest/back day and I had a grand old time! I hope you are doing well and that your training is like mine...just wonderful!

Well hello! Things are just fine over here. I have been at the gym on a regular basis and I've met some of my goals. I gained a whole pound which for me is a real feat. I have gotten stronger too which I love. I hope you are doing well. I just love hearing from you. Happy Wednesday!!
