I had started back in 2003 and I was at 239 lbs and lost 30 lbs. I kept the wait off up until last fall (2006) all the way up to the end of January '07. Between the holiday I gained back 15 lbs. I started back in Feburary up until now.

It's been a week and no progress what so ever. Need to be patient and focus on my diet, weights and cardio.
Long term goal is to go from 31.2% body fat down to anywhere between 15 to 20% body fat. Preferably 15% or below. I want to be more defined and have more confidence and feel good about my body. My ultimate goal is to be at a size 32 waist and a flat stomach.
I just got home from the gym today. I worked out on shoulders, bi's & tri's. Great workout! I love the feel of the pump afterwards. It is awesome, I wish it could stay like that, but that's not how it works. Overall it was a good week. It took me about 2 to 2 1/2 weeks to get...
