Decline in health. Have worked out my whole life, off and on.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself and how others see me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a vacation planned this summer at Lake Powell, with a lot of younger girls attending. I keep a picture of a girl I would like to look like on my workout machine.
I need some help as to what will jump start my body into responding. I saw a lot of progress at first, but not much at all 4 the past 2 weeks. I need to be ready 2 go to Lake Powell in mid-July. I don't know if I'll make it!!! Eating around 1200 calories with less that 20g fat. ...
I just dropped by to see how you are doing and now to say, ”way to go.”
I am glad to see that you are getting results from all your hard work and hope that you are enjoying the progress. Keep up the great work and I will keep watching for new progress pictures.
Off to great start... this community is a great place to keep the motivation and inspiration flowing! That, and being able to track all the progress and see the charts is really helpful. Welcome!
Good luck with your goals. You should feel lucky....you hold your weight very well. When you lose that weight, you're gonna look awesome.
Remember, diet is key.
My wife and I know where you are coming from & believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true, probably sooner than you think. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat by following the 12 week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you will be amazed at the results and they will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
