Carb depleting doesn't work for me...I end up looking flat and having low energy. I continue to eat brown rice, sweet potato and oatmeal for breakfast/lunch and just protein and veggies for dinner. We have Friday shows(pre judging/finals combined at 6pm) so I reduce water in the morning. What's your diet like?

Yes, I have a few weeks left. I've been doing this alone..no trainer no dietician so it's been an experimental journey for me. I usually lose another 5-10lbs in the last two weeks so we'll see what happens :)

Things are going ok. I changed my diet last week because nothing was happening or at least I was moving in snail pace on the bodyfat loss. I added more carbs because I was feeling drained and dizzy. Oatmeal, sweat potato, and brown rice...I'm leaning than last year but still stuggle with the ab definition. It's a learning process and it takes time to see what works and what doesn't work. How's your progress?

That's cool. I compete just to stay focus and motivated. I wouldn't go to crazy on the supplements. Just a good multivitamin, protien supplement, and creatine should do fine for now.
