Thanks for the add. I have never thought about competing, but after seeing how people have transformed, I am seriously thinking about it next summer. I have at least a year worth of training before I can even think about competing at the amateur level. Thanks for the motivation though.
Yes, I've recently started working out 6 days a week. The diet is coming along and I think I’m taking the right supplement. I’m still doing my research and making adjustments. I’m hoping to show some major progress by the time I go home for Christmas. Maybe I’ll follow your lead and compete next year but for now I’m working on that 8 pack.
Thank you I really appreciate your advice and help. I didn't mean to come off abrasive, and if I did I apologize. I just feeling really helpless when it comes to help my wife and I'm just looking for help. Again, I appreciate it.
Women can use the same diets and workouts as me? Really?!?! I've read that dieting for women needs much more attention and detail because of the female body makeup. Examples: women hold water easier than men do; your muscles don't respond the same way as men's; bodyfat levels are typically higher. I'm just looking for more specific ideas and help concerning women's fitness. I really appreciate any help you can give.
