cut out the rice.
use only oats and yams.
you will hold less water.
no more protein shakes food only for 5-6 meals the sodium in the protein shakes maybe causing some water retension.
use a water capsule 3 days out from the show and double the dose, it will not hurt.
I've been playing with carb cycling since the first show. I do 3-4 days of low carbs (around 50 grams) and a high day (150-200 grams). I have been lowering my high day to around 100 grams. Depleting also leaves me flat and loose, so I'm going to begin loading Thursday morning and keep my water. I am eating around 1600-1700 calorie, now--hi protein.
I have a trainer, but his first time taking someone to the stage was with me! I also do my own diet. I really like the trial and error. What is your Peak Weak like? I am thinking that I am not going to carb deplete this time.
It is good to change things from time to time if you are not seeing results. Keep at it and keep me posted. As for, getting back on track tomorow and have been really busy. I will keep you posted and you do the same.
Hey good to hear from you! You are looking great in the new avi! WOW 18 weeks till new competition day! Ready for the cut? WHat is the game plan for it? As for me, still attempting to lose some fat! Keep me posted!
