How I Started:
When I was a kid, I always had the idea that I had to be the strongest and the best. Once I got out of my awkward teenage stage and saw how scrawny I was, I had to make my childhood dream a reality.
Why I Love It:
I never get tired of seeing results. Going from skin and bones to muscle and power is incentive enough.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am happy with how I look, but I am never satisfied. I set goals, and strive to look the best. Having a competitive edge helps, and I strive to get better and stronger.
BB Accomplishments:
In a few months time, I set a goal to go from struggling to bench 165lb. to repping 225lb.
My program consists of hitting specific parts of the body. In three days, I have worked a specific set of muscles. I workout six days a week. I start my week off with legs an abs, followed by back/shoulders and biceps, and finishing with chest and triceps. The breaks between each workout allows...
