My senior year of high school I joined a body building class. I loved how my legs and arms looked and gained muscle fairly easily.
Why I Love It:
To see results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Right now these are the things that motivate me:
1.) I have not worn a two piece bathing suit since age 20...I want to wear one by the summer of 2010.
2.) I have not worn a dress in 10 years (I have worn skirts though, but not often). I want to wear a dress and look stunning, preferably one that is backless.
3.) I want to LIVE and truly enjoy life. There are a lot of things I do not do because I'm not comfortable. I want to be comfortable in my skin.
4.) I prefer to be naked or close to naked...so I need to look GOOD naked.
5.) I want to get fit and stay fit for the rest of my life!

I wasn't always chunky. In my teens and 20's my bodyfat was normally between 18% & 23 % with my weight ranging from 117 up to 127 pounds. By age 28 I started slowly putting on weight but I still worked out quite a bit.
My goal is to work out 6 days a week, lose as much bodyfat as possible and transform my body into a hot woman within a year. I'd like to achieve the leanest body that I can and still look sexy.
Why I like this video: I don't like the video but I love the Cross Trainer...you can add as much resistance as you'd like (up to 100) and it has 6 different programs and 10 levels. It's not like a gazelle like some idiot pointed out as the Cross Trainer is more of an up down motion like a stair stepper, especially depending on your fitness capabilities. I haven't done the same workout on it twice.
Good deal. Good luck on your goals. I have two simple goals eat 6 clean meals a day and workout 6 days a week (3 cardio, 3 weightlifting). We can succeed if we stay connected and help each other. I have a few other bodybuilding friends who are involved as well.
Good Deal! What would you like to accomplish by SuperBowl? My goal will be weight loss. So, I will be doing a 4/2. 4 days cardio, 2 days weightlifting. Until I get to a reasonable weight. Then the weightlifting days will increase. 5-6 meals and a gallon of water. Good luck. Stay connected.
