I didnt hit the goal I had set for myself to hit 220 by my wedding but I am happy with the progress I made, especially considering the back.

The past few weeks I have been doing Yoga as my back seems to be getting better. Dont want to try the weights just yet. This weekend I didn't do any workouts, needed some R&R. Yesterday when I started up Yoga (DDP Yoga) I almost immediately had my back "catch" and stick me in the cat lift pose. I paused the workout and got back on my feet.
