Getting married in May 2012 in St Thomas. Would really like to feel OK removing my shirt on the beach. Get back to a point where I am injury free and drop below the 200 pound mark. Havent been there since I was a teenager.

cg73 created a new BodyBlog entry "Some times I just dont get it".

The past few weeks I have been doing Yoga as my back seems to be getting better.  Dont want to try the weights just yet. This weekend I didn't do any workouts, needed some R&R.  Yesterday when I started up Yoga (DDP Yoga) I almost immediately had my back "catch" and stick me in the cat lift pose.  I paused the workout and got back on my feet.  Started the workout again and got stuck again in a couple more poses.   I am getting married in the Virgin... crg39 Thanks, one thing I have found helps me is the pics, I look at the old ones and RUN to the gym, then when I see the progress it helps me stay feeling good about it. When are you going to post some pics hun? Jun 13, 2008 7:32am

crg39 Craig, A BIG congrats on the weight loss. 25 lbs in 6 months, that's awesome and it looks like a nice steady loss. It also looks like a very reasonable new goal, way to go my friend.
