My older borther always had bodybuilding magazines around that I read through. In the middle of university I wandered into the gym as a fat kid and by the end of it I had seriously cut down. Now, after years of focusing on building mass I'm back to dieting down to get rid of the flab.
Why I Love It:
There is no better feeling than when you're moving some heavy iron. Also the fact that you are taking your life and your fitness into your own hands keeps me motivated.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror and see where I am. I then pull up my mental picture to see where I want to be. No more motivation is needed.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from a 252lbs out of shape guy and dieted down to 190 and fit.

Drop down to single digit bodyfat levels and then continue to work on my muscularity. My goal is to bulk up to 215 @ 8% right now. I'm currently at 208 @ 23% so there is a lot of work ahead.
I know, I've been slacking on posting. I definitely have been slacking with posting my progress. I'll get on that soon.
So I went through a great holiday season of no training or watching my diet. Sure I paid for it with my physique but it was a mental break that I needed. Can Jan 1 though...
