the weekend went great, I rocked my bikini, but still have MUCH improvement to do before summer! My goal this week is to stick to my diet every day and get ALL my workouts in. Gotta reach that weight goal by Feb 28th!!!
I have a 'huge' holiday to aim for in March, but my current goal is to get down as close to 65kgs as possible by Xmas! I want to lose the weight, without losing muscle!!
