How I Started:
I use to bodybuild about 10 years ago 7 days a week for 6 years i use to love it.then settled down and kind of got away from it and my diet,with work playing in a band running dogs and everything else.It's time to start back up i can't stand the way i look anymore and feel....plus i got osteri arthritis in my knee and have to lose the weight and strenghten the leg muscle to over come this pain.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel,better about myself and healther.
How I Stay Motivated:
look in the mirror,lol

Lose about 20 pounds of fat,turn it in to muscle..

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
4,5 Sets 10 to 15 reps,gotta get that burn.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30 seconds to 1 min between sets. gotta keep that heart rate up.
