This is the beginning. I weigh 245 Lbs, have a 44" waist (wear 38 jeans) and have 27% BF.

This is six months progress. I am now starting to see definition in my abs. I weight 204.8 and my waist is 37.5". I am down to size 34 pants and jeans. My BF% is around 18%.

This is two months into my fat loss. As you can see, I am maintaining most, if not all, of my muscle mass and shedding the fat. I am 228 Lbs., have a 40" waist (34-36 jeans) and 21% BF.

This is 3 months in to the cut. I weigh 218, waist is 39.5 and BF is around 19%. I can no longer wear the shorts I was wearing in the starting pics. I pretty much have to wear a belt with EVERYTHING now. I am also seeing a lot more definition over all.
