I've actually worked out here and there since I was sixteen but never got serious or did anything right. I am just sick of being fat and out of shape.

When I started I was 225Lbs. and I am guessing 25-28% BF.

I am going to lose the fat and get toned. After that I am going to continue on to a clean bulk.
Goal (Long):
I am so tired of being over weight and out of shape. I lose my breath walking up small flights of stairs, chasing my kids, just about anything I do. I have always wanted to achieve a six pack but have never took the time to learn the proper way to do it or took the time to do it period. Well, it is time and I "will" achieve a six pack and be healthy.
