Overall Goal: I've shifted gears after a long cut. I didn't quite get down in BF to where I would like to be but I stalled for quite a while. So through the winter months, I decided to add some more muscle mass so when I begin my next cut, I will have more muscle

When I Started:
Jan, 2009
How I Started:
I've actually worked out here and there since I was sixteen but never got serious or did anything right. My cousins were all always bigger than me. I was never small, but never big either. I was always the one stuck in the middle. I guess I would have to say my cousin Danny is the one who got me started. He was a big mo-fo. Haven't seen him in years though.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the progress I am making.
BB Accomplishments:
None, besides the PRs I make often in the gym. They are "major" to me and that's what counts, right?
This is the beginning. I weigh 245 Lbs, have a 44" waist (wear 38 jeans) and have 27% BF.
This is six months progress. I am now starting to see definition in my abs. I weight 204.8 and my waist is 37.5". I am down to size 34 pants and jeans. My BF% is around 18%.

Goal (Long):
I would like to add 2-3Lbs. of muscle by February and then start another cut. My ultimate goal is to be 185 at about 10% BF.
Out of curiosity, what do you eat to manage a keto diet for 30 a week? I am on a 120$ budget for food, and wanting to start keto, and your post really caught my eye. :)
Thanks man your goal is def reachable over the year. You just pretty much have to turn into a machine lol. I got a little too comfortable once I put myself back in a normal mindset so im trying to drop down some more.
