I want to compete this year but some people said that I can't do it cause I don't take this or that to get where I want. You know what I mean so I will prove them wrong. I will achieve that goal and tell them u where wrong. I will tell them as long as u put your mind to it u can do it. I want to compete cause that was my dream goal and maybe someday lift with the professionals.

abs r some stubborn ass muscles man..LoL.. I work them out 5 times a week, i do 5 types of ab exercises includes, crunches, knee raises, floorwipes, alternating bicycle crunches, and umm..not sure wat this one is called. but its for the obliques..Lol
