lose the beer belly and get ripped and stronger
eat more healthy
starting a 35day dieting/ workout plan on 3-3-8
hoping to see results..hoping to lose 15lbs..if i like my results i will continue this diet and workout plan...ill be giving up my favs..pizza and beer.. its gonna be tough!!
well i havent gone down in weight that much...i think i hit a plateau but i think i jus busted out of it b.c my weight is decreasing again little by little every day...so im down to 198.6...thats 18.4 lbs...im still happy with my weight...hoping the plateau is over...we will see
