So far, thank you for checking! I finally got my resume updated and started the job search. I have also thought about working part time at my gym as a trainer until I can get a more substantial job offer. So for now it's just a waiting game. How are things with you?

Thanks! This is my first "cut" so I am still learning myself. I 'll do a slow cut...slowly decrease cals weekly and eat completely clean. Carbs will be reduced significantly by the end of the cut. I want to be careful not to sacrifice too much muscle. Good luck in the bikini competition!

Thanks. I had been cheating way to often in the last couple of months...always using the excuse "I'm bulking" so this past week I've really focused on eating all clean foods. I want to make sure I gain mostly muscle. Glad you're feeling better! Everyone was wondering where you were yesterday on the rant....just thought I'd check on ya.
