How I Started:
My dad introduced me to the sport years ago but I have never been consistent with training until recently. After I gave birth to my daughter I was able to lose the weight fairly quickly but I was never really satisfied with the way I looked. I was tired of feeling worn down and out of shape so I got serious.
Why I Love It:
I love the dicipline involved and feeling strong!

I finally have internet access again! Now all I need is a camara so that I can keep current with progress pics. My goals have changed slightly since the last time I was on here. I had planned to start cutting in May because I was going to try and compete in August. Couldn't compete...

My diet is ok but not perfect. I was in Knox a few weeks ago and worked out at the Rush. I need some new progress pics as well since my most recent were weak.
Hey stranger I'm doing great. I've gained strength and weight like I wanted. My definition is returning as well. I need to up the cardio though :) How are things with you?
My trainer is competing in the Knox show in August. He and I are competing against each other with our diets. We are each allowed only one cheat meal in July and one in June. So far, so good. I'm in the zone!!
