How I Started:
My dad introduced me to the sport years ago but I have never been consistent with training until recently. After I gave birth to my daughter I was able to lose the weight fairly quickly but I was never really satisfied with the way I looked. I was tired of feeling worn down and out of shape so I got serious.
Why I Love It:
I love the dicipline involved and feeling strong!
How I Stay Motivated:
The results, my training partner (TLJOHN) and the transformations on Bodybuilding.com.
BB Accomplishments:
So far-waking up at 4:30am to make it to the Gym--and I am VERY proud of that!

125 lbs...and gaining, I was beginnning to transition from skinny fat to just plain fat. I decided enough was enough.
120 lbs...I am really excited about my back development. My lats are really starting to grow! Hopefully I will have more pics soon.

I like the energy at the gym. The only con I can think of is crowds in the evening--but I started working out in the morning, so problem solved!

I finally have internet access again!  Now all I need is a camara so that I can keep current with progress pics.  My goals have changed slightly since the last time I was on here.  I had planned to start cutting in May because I was going to try and compete in August.  Couldn't compete...

My trainer is competing in the Knox show in August. He and I are competing against each other with our diets. We are each allowed only one cheat meal in July and one in June. So far, so good. I'm in the zone!! How's your training?
