Main Goal:	Transform My Body
Goal (Overall):	Get back a healthy and nice looking body.
Goal (Long):	Over the past 4 years I had gained almost 40 lbs from sitting home with my father in law during his cancer illness. Then I changed jobs too, and now have an office job where I sit most of the day. Since he passed, its time to get the weight off and get more healthy. I want to transform my body with big arms and chest.
Weight Goal:	I want to LOSE 50 lb
