I followed the Body for Life program for my much-needed body transformation and lost over 50 lb’s in only 12 weeks. The program is not super easy but it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. I believe that if you challenge yourself to be the best that you can be the results will be well worth the effort. I wish you success and if I can be of assistance feel free to give me a yell.
