Eliminated all carbs on Monday Jan 14. It was after a month junk food binge that piled on 10 pounds of fat and water.
Zero carbs. (ok, impossible, lets say under 10 per day). I went from 200 to 210 in one month. Now i need to lose 30 to get to my goal weight.
