Hi stacy, the clean eating stopped a few months ago, unfortunately....i had a small accident and couldn't move for a few weeks, so staying at home doing nothing all day made me start again on junk food...now i'm back to the gym but it's always hard to get back to eat clean, but i'll do it.... I've been to Naples once, nice city but it didn't impress me much, i was born and still live up north, in Bergamo, just 25 miles east of Milan...

well it sounds like a beatiful place...I live up in the north, close to the Alps...the autumn came late this year and we are starting just now to get the first snowfalls on the mountains nearby...i love cold weather lol
