When I Started: Nov, 2001
How I Started: I approched the gym because I wanted to enroll a kick-boxing course they held but then found out bodybuilding was what I liked the most.
Why I Love It: I just love going to the Gym and give all of my self to the weights for those "hard 60 minutes" once every 3 days.
How I Stay Motivated: People and Friends comments on my being fit keep me motivated. Looking at my pictures and see the changings keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments: Reached my first 90kg at the end of my bulking this year (2007), I know now it's time to shredd but it's a step conquered so far.
