How I Started:
I got a Wii Fitness and I started doing yoga and dancing on it.
Why I Love It:
So, far I'm not loving it because it's hard work. It's gonna take me a while to get the hang of it and a lot of motivation.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard. But i have posted old "skinny" pics of myself around the house. And when I'm working out I look at my fat shadow and think of myself looking good in a bathing suit
BB Accomplishments:
I want to lose 20 lbs to have a normal BMI. and I also want to tone my stomach and lose 3/4's of my thighs.

Goal (Long):
I want to lose 7 lbs in October.
Candy month! lol
I want my families mouth to drop when I see them for thanksgiving in November. Which I'll already start losing another 7 lbs. (food food food month)
Then the next 6 lbs by christmas!!
That'll be 20 lbs.
It shouldnt be hard to lose about 7 lbs a month.
