parents took me to YMCA when I was young but I never took lifting serious until high school for wrestling, mostly to work on my strength/conditioning and maintaining my weight as well.
Why I Love It:
keeps me sane, coming back from a back injury (December 2008, two fractures in my lower spine),
How I Stay Motivated:
My father, wrestling, and the people here on bodyspace.
lose up to 30 pounds, go down to 150 while getting toned.
Goal (Long):
I want to make gains in my lifting especially with bench press, I never worked on my chest during high school (wrestling) also I would like to start eating right, overcome my binge eating/junk food habits and resist smoking as well, I want to get in the best shape of my life, I also would like to try marathons so therefore I am trying to make running a part of my workout along with stadium/hill runs and using the bike more often than I usually do.
1. quit smoking for good
2. start eating right and lose 15-20 pounds (150-160, currently at 165, was 175 on Christmas haha)
3. do better in school
4. save money
5. start going to church and get my faith back
6. be a better person/son/brother/change my...
