When I Started:
How I Started:
My family, especially my Dad, who people call Popeye, has influenced me a lot.
Why I Love It:
It makes you feel even better. It is a great art that reminds you of the magnificence of the human body and form. I also figure that David may have been a bodybuilder because he writes about it in Psalm 139:14.
How I Stay Motivated:
By talking with people, looking at the mirror, looking at pictures, and watching videos.
BB Accomplishments:
A while back I benched 265 three times, but I am back down to 210 now (since my break)... One day. Ha!

I am back from IFBB SA’s. I got a controversial 3rd place. I don’t want to go in to the whole issue. The decision has been made and nothing can change it. No need for me to rumble on about the issue. I have uploaded photos and the top 3 comparisons under my progress pics. I also uploaded my posing routine under the video clips. I say the truth lies in the pictures. Going quite well actually... I just recently ordered a new pre-workout supplement which should be here at the end of this week... Hoping it will help me get through this plateau I've hit again... We'll see... I'm going to post progress pictures again in October to see how well the additional boost is going to work!
