I have just always been motivated. I can't really explain it, except, I know this is what I am suppose to be doing. I think of Arnold Schwarzenegger (a huge inspiration to me) and where I want my body to be, then I compete with myself in a journey to surpass both of them!:-D!

tennguy good luck with that. I recommend tracking your food in take, b/c in the end it is a basic formula. eat more calories than you expend during the day = weight gain. Expend more calories than you take in = weight loss. I use www.fitday.com to track my food intake. Its free and pretty easy to use. May 10, 2011 12:28pm
